Pricing

We don't have a price list

Because a price per seat doesn't describe what you'd be buying. What you pay is built from the shape of your support — channels, volume, hours, languages and how hard the conversations are. Use the estimator below and you'll have a range in about a minute.

How we price

Scoped, not listed

Four commitments that the rest of this site has to keep. If you find a fixed price anywhere on it, one of them is wrong — tell us and we'll fix it.

No rate card

We don't publish a price per seat or per hour, because the same headline rate covers wildly different work. A simple order-status queue and a regulated technical-support line staffed overnight are not the same service, and pricing them the same means one of the two clients is being overcharged.

Priced to the programme

What you pay is built from the shape of your support: which channels, how many contacts, how many hours a day they have to be covered, how many languages, and how much judgement each conversation needs. Change the shape and the price changes with it — in both directions.

An estimate before a conversation

The estimator on this site runs the same model our team does. It gives you a range in about a minute so you can decide whether we're worth a call, without filling in a form and waiting two days to learn we're out of your budget.

A written proposal before you commit

An estimate is not a quote. Nothing is binding until you have a written proposal setting out scope, service levels, ramp plan and price — issued after a scoping call, by a person who has looked at your actual contact volumes.

Get an indicative range

This runs the same model our team does. It is an estimate, not a quote — but it is an honest one, and it will tell you quickly whether we're in your budget.

Which channels do you need covered?
2,500contacts / month

A guess is fine. If you don't know, use your monthly support email count and add half again for phone.

When does it need covering?

One shift, five days. The cheapest rota to run.

How hard are the conversations?

Mixed enquiries needing product knowledge and judgement.

Indicative estimate

$11,300 – $16,500

per month

Agent hours / month
~434
Equivalent headcount
~2.7 FTE

Based on phone, email; 2,500 contacts a month; business hours; standard complexity.

This is an indicative estimate generated from the details you entered, not a quote or an offer. Final pricing is set in a written proposal after a scoping call, and depends on your contact mix, systems, training requirements and contract term.

What moves the number

The six things that actually set your price

No mystery and no anchoring. These are the inputs we use internally, in the order they usually matter.

Channels

Phone costs more per contact than messaging, because it is synchronous and one at a time. Chat and SMS are cheaper because an advisor runs several at once.

Phone · Email · Live chat · Social & DMs · SMS

Volume

More contacts spread the fixed cost of a rota further, so the cost per contact falls as volume rises. Below a certain size you are paying for coverage, not contacts.

Contacts per month, across every channel

Coverage hours

Cost does not scale linearly with hours. A rota that must never have a gap needs relief, holiday cover and a supervisor awake — so 24/7 costs more than three shifts.

Business hours · Extended hours · 24/7 · After-hours / overflow only

Complexity

How much judgement each conversation needs, and how long an advisor takes to become useful. A regulated technical queue is a different job from order status.

Simple · Standard · Technical · Regulated

Languages

Each additional language narrows the hiring pool and adds a supervision layer. It is the input clients most often forget to mention, and it moves the number.

Term & ramp

A longer commitment and a sensible ramp let us hire ahead rather than in a panic, and that shows up in the price. Starting next week costs more than starting next month.

Not priced as extras

These are not add-ons on a rate card. They are part of running the service properly, so they are in every proposal we issue.
